I have had a problematic teeth for nearly a year now. Jenny has been sympathetic and knowledgeable finding a solution to a difficult diagnosis. Every time we visit Tor Lodge for our dental checkups we are met with a warm welcome from Emma and Lou. Myself and my 2 children are always treated with kindness and patience by all the staff - we are never apprehensive about visiting. Jenny is wonderful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I know we are so lucky to still receive such excellent service - particularly with the NHS at breaking point. Appointments are always on time, we have never been rearranged and are so grateful to all members of staff who are working tirelessly to offer their patients a brilliant service. I have visited this practice for a long time now and frankly wouldn't go anywhere else. I followed this lovely couple when they left their previous practice and set up their own. They provide an excellent service and private dental care is more affordable than I expected it to be. The reception staff are also very efficient. The phone is answered promptly and they are very courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this practice!
